So now Chirac feels the need to threaten countries who support the US position on Iraq? Specifically threatening Bulgaria and Romania for breaking from what France sees as the EU "party line".
It really is a shame that France apparently only has an identity as opposition to the US. Maybe instead of a "European Union" designed to actively oppose the good old US of A, we need to start fostering an "American European Capitalist Consortium" - let's help our friends rule Europe, and make France, Belgium, and Germany watch from the sidelines.
SUPPORT THE AECC!

I am so done with these assholes that I'm beginning to have eeeevil thoughts! Really. And I used to be such a compassionate conservative...........
He scolded them like children, how dare they have an opinion. Fine, let Chirac play the fool. He may find some nations beginning to doubt his commitment to a united Europe, he seems to want a union totally slaved to French positions instead. Much more of him and some European states may start to rethink their defense budgets. Turn the divisions pointed east around and pick a more deserving target.

Disband NATO, and gather up all the nations who signed the pro-U.S. statement. Call it the Freedom Consortium and don't invite the weasles to join and listen to them sqeak.
(oddly enough my employer blocks your site, but not Misha's or BoW)
