Gore got 50.1% big fucking deal. That's less than 1 half of one percent, a virtual dead heat. Besides which the voting irregularities routinely engaged in by democrats makes that win highly questionable. Bill Clinton only got 46% the first time, but still won the election. The election statisically was pretty much a tie with each man getting 50 million votes.

If the court had decided the other way, and Bush had recieved 300,000 more votes you wouldn't say shit. So give it up. You deny his legitimacy because you can't stand the result of his winning.
