Not all of the gold in fuel trucks...

Is black gold. These images are of an Iraqi fuel truck that was stopped and impounded for having improper licenses. Scrutiny of the truck revealed that it was filled with some kind of metal bricks. I can't personally vouch for this information (it was provided by a reader), but the accompanying narrative sure sounds authentic to me. If I get approval, I will publish the narrative and un-retouched photos. I have obscured faces/names unless/until the sender of the e-mail and photos gives RNS the go-ahead.

Put it in lost and found?
Or just turn it over to the Iraqi IRS.

Cool, at least it sounds like the story is true at least. The narrative from strategy page is very similar to what is written in the e-mail that accompanies the photos I received. I don't know which came first.........

https://www.vodkapundit.com/archives/004239.php#004239 was the first place I saw it.

OH, I don't think RNS has a "scoop" on the story or anything. I was just wondering if the StrategyPage bit comes from the e-mail, or whether the e-mailer saw the StrategyPage bit and included it. A lot of the details in the e-mail sound like a first person account, but you never know.....
