Almost every police dept. everywhere has some sort of charity they support. Here we do Blue Santa, a Haunted House, and some other things. Of course, a lot of the good things police do, on and off duty, go unremarked, because some are too busy categorizing all police as pigs. The reality would interfere with the prejudice of these folks.
