He must have been napping in 89. I picked it up on the first mention he made. But excellent catch AK. I hadn't head about ut till you brought it up.
He also tends to speak in broken sentences, almost babbling in parts. Bush mispronounces a word, he's a dunce. Dean talks gibberish out his ass and they wanna kiss it for him.
Posted by Mark (puggs) at December 3, 2003 03:23 AMOf course, I guess knowing the names of a major nation of the world isn't as noteworthy as whether you can spell potato correctly. And the news media wonders why we don't trust them. Oh, speaking of Howard Numbnuts Dean, did you see he intends to break up the big media outlets (read Fox and all other conservative media outlets that would stand in the way of his propoganda organs). Every day, I thank the Lord that we have a real man in the White House. They call him a cowboy? Yeah, he sure is, thank goodness. I'll take John Wayne over Allen Alda any day.
Posted by Greg at December 3, 2003 07:31 AMGreg - good point and it's Alan, not Allen. (sorry about nitpicking...)

Does this mean Dean understands there's a left-wing bias in the media? Yeah, I'm sure he's refering to Fox. I worked in news radio for six years, and I know for a fact there's a bias. Never mind the fact that a majority of the media vote Democrat. I think the left-wingers are simply not used to having their ideas challenged, so when they watch Fox News they convince themselves that the media is overwhelmingly right-wing, when in fact it is the only news media that presents both sides of the spectrum.
